If you prefer not to complete an online form you can print and complete the paper form.
Once the form is complete you will need to return it to your local electorate office.
Every voter should verify his entry in electoral roll and make appropriated application to ERO concerned.
In order to vote in an election or referendum in Ireland, you must be registered to vote.

For inclusion in the Register of Electors you must complete application form RFA which is available from your local authority, to whom it must be returned.

You can update your name, address or other details on the electoral register through GOV. UK Alternatively, you can request a change of name form by contacting Electoral Services, confirming your name, address and request. Having completed this form, you will need to return this to us via email, fax, post or in person along with a copy of a document demonstrating this change.
An example of an acceptable document is a marriage certificate or deed poll.
